Type locality

"Costa Rica." Restricted by G. G. Goodwin in 1946 to "Escazú," San José Province, Costa Rica. Corrected by R. M. Wetzel and F. D. de Avila-Pires in 1980 to "Costa Rica, Heredia, Volcán Barba."
