Distribution :
New Guinea; Records are from S lowlands and middle altitudes, throughout Central Cordillera from N slopes of the Snow Mtns of Prov. of Papua (= Irian Jaya) in the west to Mt Dayman (Papua New Guinea) in the east, and the Torricelli Mtns; 30-2700 m; limits unknown.
